What personal data we collect
We collect personal data, transactional data, and technical data.
Personal data: When you fill in our contact form to send us a message, and/or fill in our email opt-in forms, we collect your first name, last name and email address. When you book an appointment through our website, we collect your first name, last name and email address.
Transactional data: When you make a purchase from our shop, we collect information about what service(s) you purchased, as well as the account details you supply to us to create your customer account. This includes data for billing such as company name, company location, company ID and/or VAT number (if applicable).
Technical data: When you visit our website, we collect information about cookies.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Melissa Helen Co. does not process special or sensitive data. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Information about the consent to Albacross processing of personal data
We obtain your consent to the processing of personal data on the behalf of Albacross Nordic AB (“Albacross”).

Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices.
